The ACCLS understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy weight while managing a busy work-life balance. So, the committee has pooled together a series of benefits and resources to assist you — all on one page for your convenience.

  • Work-Life Services
    Harris, Rothenberg International (HRI) offers free Work-Life Services to all ACCLS members. A Work-Life specialist can help you assess your needs, provide educational materials, conduct research, and provide referrals to service providers such as gyms, weight loss programs, support groups, and dietitians in your area. The Work-Life website also features thousands of educational articles, checklists, assessments, tip sheets, and multimedia on a variety of health and wellness topics.

  • Anthem EAP
    Anthem’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential and free counseling for any personal or work-related issues that are discouraging your weight loss and health goals.

  • WebMD
    WebMD is one of the web’s most comprehensive health information websites. Find in-depth information about nutrition, fitness, and other topics related to weight loss.

  • Easy Family Meals
    Every week, the ACCLS features a new healthy and easy recipe that the whole family can enjoy. Each recipe takes less than a total of 45 minutes to prepare, and you can find the entire archive listing a variety of wholesome entrees, side dishes, desserts, and snacks.

  • Health and Wellness Discounts
    Save money with discounts from GlobalFit, Jenny Craig, and Weight Watchers. GlobalFit provides low rates on over 10,000 gyms nationwide, the weight loss program NutriSystem, and at-home fitness equipment. Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers are nationally recognized weight management programs that have helped millions of people.
